Gridiron Football Top 300: Marlon Gunn Jr

Marlon Gunn Jr. is a Running back in the class of 2022. He plays for Scotlandville High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and in at 6ft and 212lbs. Marlon is like a bull in the running game -big, strong, and hard to take down. The last thing he is scared of is contact. He will frequently lower his head to run over the defender if need be, and if not, he has a monstrous stiff arm that will do the trick. He is a very shifty runner too which gives him an unfair advantage over the opposing team. Gunn has the good patience to wait for running lanes to open up. Once they do, he uses his cutting ability and his great breakaway speed to secure the house call. Besides from running the ball, he offers great catching ability as well. The running back prospect has shown to have some route running abilities coming out of the back field as well as amazing hands to catch the ball with confidence. Marlon Gunn Jr. would make a great addition to any college roster with his toughness and low center of gravity, as well as his leadership on and off the field.
