The Madison Prep Chargers begin their quest to win another state title tonight vs Kaplan High. The Chargers (7-1) come into this week’s game after defeating Brusly High in a close game last week. Kaplan High (4-6) is also coming into this game with an impressive win on their own. Despite what their record suggests, they are a team that shouldn’t be looked over. The Chargers have one goal this postseason, which is to repeat. This is what they have been preparing for and their ready for the challenge. Come out and watch what should be a very entertaining game.
Weekly Standouts: Look for Senior Quarterback Zeon Chriss to establish himself and continue to dominate. His finesse and play making ability has been a huge part of Madison Prep’s success this season. Junior athlete David Jones will also come up big in this game. After his game winning touchdown return last week, he’s sure to impact this game in the same way.
